Privacy policy

What we collect when you shop with us, why we need it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

KickSprint is a UK activewear store. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us through the contact page and we will respond by email.

What we collect

When you order or contact us we collect your name, email address, delivery address, order details and the contents of any message you send us.

We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, so we can keep the store working and understand what people look for.

How we use your information

To take payment, prepare and deliver your order, and keep you updated on its progress.

To answer your support messages, handle returns and meet our legal and tax obligations.

To prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve the products and pages we offer.

Payments

Checkout is completed on our secure store platform, Wix, together with its payment providers. Your full card details are handled by those providers and are never seen or stored by us.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses essential cookies and browser storage to keep your bag, remember your session and process checkout. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

Who we share data with

We share only what is needed to run the store: our commerce platform and payment providers to process orders, delivery carriers to ship them, and service providers who host or support the site.

We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Support messages are kept for up to two years so we can refer back to past conversations.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
