Shipping policy

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Where international delivery is available for your address, the options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday may be dispatched on the following Monday.

UK delivery typically arrives 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery is free on UK orders over £50; below that, the cost is calculated at checkout before payment.

If you need something faster, the available express options are shown at checkout when your postcode supports them.

When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also use our order tracking page with your order number and the email you ordered with.

Carrier delays occasionally happen, especially around bank holidays and peak periods. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of the estimated date, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, but message us as soon as possible and we will do what we can.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are set by your local authority and are payable by the recipient. These charges are not included in our prices.
