The basics of buying from KickSprint: how orders work, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.
About these terms
These terms apply when you browse or order from this site. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Orders and acceptance
Every order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. If an item turns out to be unavailable or priced in error, we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are added at checkout before you pay.
Payment is taken on our secure store checkout, operated by Wix, using the payment methods available there.
Delivery
Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Our returns and refunds policy explains your 30-day return window. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Product information
We work hard to describe and photograph products accurately. Screens display colour differently, and small variations in fabric, stitching or fit can occur between batches.
Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profits.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
